WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS WE WILL RESCHEDULE IF IT IS THE FAULT OF THE ARTIST.
At Turtle’s Tattoo & Company, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional tattoo experiences. To ensure a seamless and fair process, we’ve established the following deposit policy:
– Reservation Assurance: Your deposit, ranging from 20%-50% of the total tattoo cost, secures your appointment and signifies your commitment to the tattooing process.
– Artist’s Dedication: When you book an appointment, our talented artists invest valuable time in design, preparation, consultation, and the actual tattooing. Your deposit reflects your shared dedication to creating the perfect tattoo.
– Custom Artwork: Many tattoos require personalized designs. Your deposit contributes to compensating our artists for their creative work in crafting a unique design based on your preferences.
– Mitigating No-Shows: The nonrefundable deposit discourages last-minute cancellations and no-shows, which can disrupt our artist’s schedules and prevent others from booking.
– Fair Availability: Tattoo artists have limited availability, and late cancellations can result in lost opportunities for other clients. Your deposit helps maintain a fair system for all, ensuring equal chances for securing appointments.
However, we understand that unforeseen situations can occur. Therefore, if the rescheduling is necessary due to any fault on the artist’s part, we will certainly reschedule your appointment without any additional charges.
It’s important to note that the deposit, while nonrefundable, will be applied to the last session of your tattoo. This ensures that your commitment is recognized and will contribute to your final tattooing session.
